List Your Service for Medical Machining Suppliers
We match device buyers with machining suppliers. When a supplier needs passivation, marking, sterilization, heat treat or testing for a job, this is where they look.
You are not quoting the buyer. You are listing so a supplier we matched can bring you in as a sub-tier. What we check before listing you.
Five categories we list
Each one is a step a machined medical part goes through after it leaves the mill. A shop rarely runs all five in house.
Passivation and electropolish
ASTM A967 passivation and ASTM B912 electropolish for stainless and titanium implant components.
UDI laser marking
Permanent marking that stays readable after passivation, cleaning and repeated autoclave cycles.
Contract sterilization
EO, gamma or e-beam sterilization and the validation record that goes with it.
Heat treatment
17-4 PH aging, titanium stress relief and other condition changes called out on the drawing.
Testing and inspection
CMM inspection, material certification and ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing.

Questions vendors ask
Do vendors quote the buyer directly?
No. The buyer contracts with the machining supplier, not with you. You list your service so a supplier we have matched can find you and bring you in as a sub-tier on their job.
Is this the same as registering as a machining supplier?
No. Supplier registration is for shops that cut the part and take the RFQ. Vendor listing is for the specialists a shop calls afterward: passivation, marking, sterilization, heat treat and testing. Different form, different relationship, same disclosed check.
What do you check before listing a vendor?
The same process as a machining supplier: certificate number, issuing body, expiry, and which of the five categories you actually run. Read the full process at how we vet. We do not audit your facility and we do not guarantee work.
Do I need ISO 13485 to list as a vendor?
Not always. A passivation or sterilization house is often certified to ISO 13485 or holds a relevant process accreditation (such as Nadcap for special processes). Tell us what you hold. Shops decide for themselves whether it fits their supplier file.
Is there a fee to list?
We reply within 24 business hours with the current terms. There is no fee to submit the listing form.
