What this site is
Medical CNC is a matching service. We connect device buyers with machining suppliers, and machining suppliers with auxiliary vendors (passivation, laser marking, sterilization, heat treat, testing). We are not a machine shop, not a contract manufacturer and not a certification body. We hold no ISO 13485, FDA registration or other certification ourselves.
What we check, and what we do not
Before a supplier or vendor sees an RFQ preview or a listing goes live, we check what they tell us: a certificate number, an issuing body, an expiry date, and what they say they run. We do not audit any facility, we do not qualify a supplier or vendor for you, and we do not inspect parts. The full process is at how we check a supplier.
No warranty on matched parties
We make an introduction. We do not warrant the quality, timeliness, regulatory status or fitness for purpose of any part, service or listing from a supplier or vendor we matched you with. Your purchasing decision, your supplier qualification, your quality agreement and your acceptance of any part are yours to make.
The commercial relationship
Buyers use this site free of charge. Suppliers and vendors pay for matched requests, where applicable, under terms we send at registration. We take no commission on any order between a buyer and a supplier, or between a supplier and a vendor. Payment, delivery, warranty and dispute terms for an order are between the parties that place it, not with us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Medical CNC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a part, service, delay or dispute between a buyer, a supplier or a vendor matched through this site. Our role ends at the introduction.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false certification claims, false contact details or a request you do not intend to act on. We remove a supplier or vendor from the list over a misrepresented certificate, and we may decline to match a request that looks abusive or fraudulent.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page is the last update.
