Why shops work with us

We bring buyers whose parts fit your shop. The rest you agree with the buyer.

Buyers who fit your shop

Requests are matched to your machines, the materials you run and the quantities you take.

Requests you can judge

Each preview shows the part family, material, size, quantity, tolerance, surface treatment and quality requirement, so you see the fit before you pay.

The customer is yours

You quote, agree terms and deliver to the buyer directly. No commission on the order.

Want help handling overseas buyers, from the first reply to delivery? Email and we will talk it through.

How it works for shops

  1. Register

Tell us your machines, the medical materials you run and your certificate details.

  2. Get previews

We send RFQ previews that match what you cut and what you are certified to take.

  3. Take the lead

Pay only for the requests you want to quote. No subscription, no commission.

  4. Quote directly

You get the buyer's contact and files and deal with them yourself.

Who qualifies

We keep the list short so buyers get serious quotes and each shop gets requests it can win.

  • A current ISO 13485 certificateCertificate number, issuing body and expiry date, checked before your first preview. ISO 9001 only shops are held for non-implant and capital equipment work.
  • Medical is normal workYou run implant or instrument materials often enough to quote them without guessing at the cycle time.
  • The paperwork is routineMaterial certificates, lot traceability, first article and a certificate of conformity are part of your process, not a special request.
  • Response timeYou reply to buyers within 48 hours, including to say you are passing on the part.
  • ConfidentialityYou sign an NDA when the buyer asks for one, before the files move.
  • Honest quotingYou decline parts you cannot hold or cannot document rather than quote and miss.

Questions shops ask

Do I need ISO 13485 to register?

Yes, a current certificate. We ask for the certificate number, the issuing body and the expiry date and we check it before your first preview. Shops with ISO 9001 only are held on a separate list for non-implant and capital equipment work.

Is one RFQ sold to many shops?

No. Each RFQ goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose machines, materials and validated processes fit the request.

How much does a lead cost?

The price sits on every preview, before you decide. It moves with part complexity, quality requirement and order size. You pay only for the leads you take.

What if a lead is not what the preview described?

Tell us within seven days and we check it against the preview we sent you. Wrong contact details or a part that is clearly not what the preview described are settled with you directly while we write the exact remedy into the shop terms.

Do I have to be a medical only shop?

No, but medical work has to be normal for you. We ask which implant or instrument materials you run, whether cleaning and passivation are in house, and whether you have been through a customer or notified body audit, because that is what buyers on this site ask about first.
